We have a new vacancy at Napp for an Account Manager to join our highly energetic and successful team in Scotland, on a 12 month short-term contract basis. Covering key accounts across NHS Lothian and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, but with potential to work across additional Health Boards, you will have a proven track record of working within a key account management environment, together with experience within the diabetes therapy area.
As Account Manager, you will have a real drive for achievement, be results orientated and have high levels of commercial awareness. In addition, you will have strong analytical skills, be a confident presenter and will be self-motivated to succeed.
Within this opportunity as Account Manager, you will have the scope to work across diabetes, cardiology and nephrology departments. The hiring manager is keen to support and develop the successful candidate dependent on their needs. There may even be an opportunity to work as associate manager within the team, dependent on experience and what your development plans are.
Effective negotiating and influencing skills are a must, in addition to being an intuitive, innovative and evidence based problem solver. You should be able to demonstrate clear, concise writing abilities, excellent planning, organisation, and strong analytical skills. Finally, an ability to demonstrate flexibility with respect to selling and company strategy as dictated by promoted product, e.g. commercial vs clinical sell.
