We have a new vacancy at Napp for an Account Manager to join our team, covering Surrey and parts of East Sussex, focusing on G.P.s in Primary care, Consultants and Commissioners in the Diabetes arena. Developing a clear understanding of the NHS as it evolves and the different commissioning processes across these CCG’s is vital to this role.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have a 2 year minimum of previous Key Account Management experience in Surrey, and demonstrate second to none communication skills. Previous diabetes experience is preferred. The candidate will have a drive for achievement, be results orientated and have high levels of commercial awareness. They will have strong analytical skills, be a confident presenter and self-motivated to succeed.
An advanced understanding of the principles of Key Account Management and project management are required. A flexible can-do attitude and drive is a must. Must have evidence to prove they are highly customer focused and able to inspire confidence with key stakeholders. Effective negotiating and influencing skills is a must in addition to being an intuitive, innovative and evidence based problem solver. They should be able to demonstrates clear, concise writing abilities, excellent planning, organisation, IT/Excel literate, strong analytical skills. Finally, an ability to demonstrate flexibility with respect to selling and company strategy as dictated by promoted product, e.g. commercial vs clinical sell.
