We are currently recruiting for the position of Head of Business Development and Licensing reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations. This is a challenging role with a high degree of accountability for the ownership and execution of the strategic business development plan for the UK, Ireland and Netherlands selling organisations.
In this role you will lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team and will work closely with the community of business development professionals across our network of independently associated companies to develop and execute the strategic business development plan for the selling organisations in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands and be responsible for the end-to-end process of search, evaluation and business case approval for appropriate late-stage assets in these territories.
You will be expected to demonstrate a highly collaborative work ethic with stakeholder functions across our business whilst also developing effective relationships with third party pharmaceutical developers and manufacturers to provide enduring partnerships which position Napp and Mundipharma as a partner of choice to commercialise new late-stage assets in the pharmaceutical sector.
The successful applicant will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and will have a demonstrable track record of completed licensing and business development deals – ideally within European markets.
