We are seeking a Medical Education, Events and Partnerships Lead to join our team on a 12 month short-term contract, covering a maternity leave.
Key duties within this position will be to maintain high levels of NHS and therapy area knowledge and customer insight to research, working in partnership with the National Partnerships Lead, ensuring the development of Key Opinion Leaders advocacy complements the department’s medical education and events programme for the brands, and being accountable for the project management of all agreed medical education and events across the portfolio.
Managing a team of 4 direct reports, the Medical Education, Events and Partnerships Lead will need to have previous pharmaceutical industry experience, including events and congress, together with the ability to build and maintain long term productive relations with external customers.
Although the direct reports for this position are based in our Head Office at Cambridge, the Medical Education, Events and Partnerships Lead is a field-based role, requiring ad-hoc commuting into Head Office for key meetings/events.
