We are seeking a new team member to join our busy Commercial Excellence team.
The Promotional Effectiveness Lead is accountable for the evaluation of sales and marketing initiatives and for guiding decision making on how these activities be optimised in order to support brand strategy. Responsibilities include analysing promotional activities and return on investment, developing targeting/segmentation models, preparing sales targets and incentive schemes, delivery of insights through reports/presentations and advising key internal stakeholders on how to enhance performance. Working closely with commercial Business Units; this role involves constant liaison with management teams, sales forces, sales training, marketing and business analysts.
