Between 2007 and 2011 we appeared in the Top 25 of the Sunday Times Top 100, and we were the highest ranked pharmaceutical company in each of those years. We are particularly proud of our ‘Best Company’ status because it is based on the opinions of everyone who works here.
Alongside our high ranking, our survey results have also led to us achieving a high star rating from the Best Companies accreditation scheme. Our rating in 2011 was two stars, which makes us an ‘outstanding’ company.
In making their assessment of a company’s employee engagement, Best Companies employ a rigorous methodology based on extensive research and experience. The survey is divided into eight key areas that shape how engaged employees feel: my company, leadership, my manager, personal growth, wellbeing, giving back, my team and fair deal.
We use the results from the Best Companies survey to benchmark our success against other great companies and inform the ongoing development of our culture.
