A newly created role for Head of Communications has been developed to lead and manage all internal and external communications, and support business objectives and results, with innovative strategies and tactics for company communications.
As Head of Communications, you will develop and execute a communications strategy for Napp in order to support business objectives, partner with all functions within the business to ensure audiences hear a coherent corporate voice, establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, as well as managing and developing a small internal communications team.
You will possess a strong understanding of the UK health policy and market access environment and how this shapes the UK trading environment, experience of operating at a senior level with responsibility for corporate communications, as well as ability displaying high emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt accordingly when experiencing different cultures/personalities/backgrounds, as well as constantly looking to innovate and improve the way in which Napp communicates.
