We are seeking a National Advocacy Manager to join our team on a 6 – 12 month short-term contact basis.
As National Advocacy Manager you will be predominantly field based, and your primary role will be to generate and develop, productive relationships with National and Local Opinion Leaders throughout the NHS, supporting the growth of Napp assets.
Alongside the external customer facing areas of accountability, there is a responsibility to influence the Business Unit Management team to support the evolution of the brand strategy and life cycle management (LCM) plans.
You will be accountable for the promotion and communication of the brand value proposition amongst the identified opinion leaders, act responsibly to drive alignment between the local and national customer needs, and proactively support the transformation of the clinical evidence base for the brand, into compelling and competitive customer focused promotional messaging in an agile manner.
The National Advocacy Manager will also facilitate productive networking, develop an effective network across the Business Unit, maintain high standards of knowledge of the brand and therapy area at all times, as well as actively supporting and presenting at appropriate pre-launch, launch and post launch events as required.
You will have ABPI qualification, ideally you will also have previous field sales experience, the ability to build and maintain long term productive relations with NHS professionals, natural curiosity, effective influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to thrive under a sales driven leadership mind set.
