We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our successful Primary Care Business Unit. The broad purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the marketing of the Diabetes portfolio within the Primary Care Business Unit, with the objective of defining, fulfilling and maximising the potential within the brand.
The Senior Brand Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic & tactical brand plans to meet the changing market needs, as well as line managing and developing the Diabetes Brand Assistant. As Senior Brand Manager you will work alongside a cross-functional brand team which would include, but is not limited to, core team members from Sales, Medical, and Market Access.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working within a dynamic market within the UK, experience of working in a cross-functional / matrix environment, working knowledge of the ABPI code, and a good understanding of the NHS organisation, policies and medicine funding streams.
The Senior Brand Manager will also have proven sales experience, preferably at least 12 months, excellent presentation and project management skills, and proven ability to multi task and set clear priorities under time pressure.
