We are looking for a Training Executive to support us during a particularly busy period on a 12 month short-term contract basis.
Reporting into the Training Manager, as Training Executive you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of training interventions and programmes for individuals, teams and departments across the Primary Care Business Unit.
The Training Executive will work closely with the Training Manager, the Therapy Area Leads for Respiratory and Diabetes, and other key stakeholders, to deliver innovative, high quality training solutions, aligned to the business and brand priorities.
You will assist with the management of the budgets associated with the training provision, build and maintain knowledge of our products and the business to contribute new ideas and solutions to the overall training plan, manage a portfolio of projects, as well as coordinating the provision of services from both internal and external training providers.
Ideally the Training Executive will have proven experience within training or learning and development, or a relevant qualification in either of these areas. Experience of working within the NHS or pharmaceutical environment is desirable, together with some experience of building or coordinating training programmes. Strong organisational skills, together with effective communication and networking skills, are key for this role. The ability to work under own initiative as well as within a matrix team structure is essential.
