We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our Primary Care Business Unit.
The purpose of the Training Manager is to identify, develop, support and assist in delivering a range of training interventions and programmes for individuals, teams and departments across Napp.
As Training Manager you will work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver training, manage the budgets associated with the training provision, build and maintain knowledge of our products, and keep abreast of developments in the training industry to ensure that maximum use is made of new and innovative methods.
You will have proven professional experience of working in training/learning and development (or similar), knowledge of our products and awareness of our pipeline, with a hunger to learn, experience in pharmaceutical/NHS environments, experience of developing training/learning programmes for an Account Management selling approach, and the ability to manage others and create an environment that inspires the best from others.
