We are part of a global network of independent companies, which gives us the freedom and flexibility to make locally driven decisions quickly. We have developed our working practices to reflect this structure, ensuring we can act quickly and efficiently, and are able to help our partners address challenges head on.
Our focus on partnership is centred on building and developing mutually beneficial, enduring partnerships that are open and based on respect – this is how we have built our reputation as a partner of choice. Commercial Partnerships
At Napp we believe in excellence and strive to always deliver on our promises to the NHS, our partners and patients.
We understand what it means to be great commercial partners. Our collaborative approach allows us to identify opportunities that align the needs of our partners with our own and offer value to our NHS customers. This has enabled us to build many successful partnerships, including some that have lasted around 30 years across both primary and secondary care and in a variety of therapy areas.
Napp’s extensive capability and expertise within the UK healthcare sector and customer-focused approach enables our partners to know and understand the NHS environment as adeptly as we do. We take care to nurture our partners’ products within the UK marketplace, tailoring our commercialisation plans so that each product is appropriately resourced and supported from the moment we begin working together.
Joint Working
Our longest standing partnership is with the NHS and we’ve been working side by side since its inception. We work in partnership with policy makers, clinicians, commissioners, and other organisations to help improve patient health outcomes, deliver education and address the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.
Partnerships between the NHS and industry, known as Joint Working, pool skills, experience and/or resources for the joint development and implementation of patient-centred projects and share a commitment to successful and transparent delivery. Joint working must always benefit patients.
All the projects we work on are in accordance with the requirements of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice.
