Responsible Person/Quality Manager

12 Month FTC with a possibility of going permanent

The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance function acting as Responsible Person for distribution activities within Napp, and for the maintenance of the Napp Quality Management System. Ensure quality risks and issues are communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and work to ensure all Quality Assurance responsibilities are met to a standard reflective of Napp’s status as a marketing authorisation holder and distributor of medicines.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GDP and relevant regulations, along with experience as a nominated Responsible Person, in line with the requirements specified in the MHRA Notes for applicants and holders of a Wholesale Dealer’s Licence (WDA(H)) or Broker Registration.

  • A self-starter, demonstrating accountability for their own output and a strong sense of ownership for their projects, as well as the ability to define and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and inspire confidence and respect at all levels; excellent team player.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent listening ability – receptive to feedback and demonstrates flexibility, curiosity and an ability to learn.
  • Demonstrates all elements of the Cogent Gold Standard for the Responsible Person.
